Here is our policy when it comes to Shipping:

 

Some orders could take up to 10 business days to get, if you haven’t gotten your shipping confirmation by 10 days not counting the weekend please email us at JujuNails2016@gmail.com or text us 646-854-5052 or via WhatsApp +1 (809) 271-1695. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 

 

Please keep in mind Juju’s Nails are Handmade with Love, so we want to make sure all orders are of Quality so you can feel the Love we have for you.  We strive to give the best customer service that each and every one of our customers deserve. So we ask for a little patience as we work our Magic as quickly and as safely as possible. We will have you on the Go soon. 

 

Please track your order Via the United States Postal Service, Juju’s Nails does not assume any responsibility for lost packages or late delivery by USPS. However will work with you, because all packages will be shipped with Insurance. Always remember to double check address at check out to ensure accuracy. There are absolutely no refunds on shipping fees, even if Free shipping or Discount shipping code was used. 

 

Lastly but most importantly in order to Protect Juju’s Nails and you our customer, Shipping Address and Billing Address must match the card used for purchase. All orders are Custom made resulting in signature being required upon delivery.  Any Issues with Damaged Packages please contact us within 48 hours of signing and receiving item for Resolution.
