Return Policy

We accept cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please be sure to email us at JujuNails2016@gmail.com

 

Any custom products CAN NOT be returned, The same goes for Ready, Set, Go nails & Back to Basic nails. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable.  Please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsible if the wrong size nails has been ordered.

 

All our products are checked for quality before it is shipped to you. We want you to receive it the same way we shipped it. In the event it doesn’t we want to know. All issues need to be reported within 48 hours of signature receipt, so please check our work. Outside of the 48 hour period please contact us, so we can resolve the issue for you. Any Order Claiming to be defective, or to have any issues needs to be returned unworn before a Refund can be processed. 

We want to make sure you are as happy as we were when we sent it.

 

Last but not least JUJU’S NAILS, reserves the right to Cancel & Refund any order at our discretion.
